1/2 pound bulk pork sausage
1/2 cup margarine
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) clear chicken broth
1 bag (15 ounces) Pepperidge Farm cubed country style stuffing
1 medium apple, cored and chopped
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, cook sausage until browned, stirring to separate meat.
Add margarine, celery and onion and cook until tender.
Add broth.
Heat to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Add stuffing, apple and walnuts and mix lightly.
Stuff and roast turkey accoring to directions on turkey package.*
*Bake any remaining stuffing in a covered casserole with turkey 30 minutes or until hot.
