1 ¼ cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup sugar
1 ¼ cups milk
2 cups All Bran cereal
1 egg
1/3 cup oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease 12 2 1/2 inch muffin pan cups.
Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Set aside.
Stir together cereal and milk.
Let stand about 2 minutes.
Add egg and oil.
Beat well.
Add flour mixture, stirring only until well combined.
Fill 12 greased 2 1/2 inch muffin pan cups.
Bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
