package pie crust for 9 inch one crust pie shell
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup soft margarine
1 package (6 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 cup chilled whipping crea
2 tablespoons confectioner's sugar
Prepare 9 inch baked one crust pie shell as directed on the package.
In a small bowl, blend 1 cup confectioners sugar and the margarine on low speed until fluffy.
Blend in chocolate and vanilla.
On high speed, beat in eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
Pour into baked pie shell; cover with plastic wrap.
Freeze serveral hours or until firm.
For easier cutting, remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving; remove plastic wrap.
In a chilled bowl, beat cream and 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar until stiff; pile onto pie.
