2 sticks or 1 packet pie crust mix
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1 package (6 ounces) butterscotch chips
1 can (20 ounces) pie sliced apples
Cooking time: 45 minutes

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Prepare pastry for 9 inch one crust pie as directed on package.
Mix remaining pie crust stick or mix and the sugar until finely crumbled.
Stir in butterscotch chips.
Reserve 1 1/2 cups crumbly mixture.
Mix remaining crumbly mixture and the apples; pour into pastry-lined pie pan.
Sprinkle with reser ved crumbly mixture.
Cover edge of pastry with 2 inch strip of aluminum foil to revent excessive browning; remove the foil the last 15 minutes of baking.
Bake 40-45 minutes
