Yield: 1 pie

1 3/4 cups (4 ounces) Cool Whip, thawed
1 package (4 serving) instant pudding mix (any flavor)
1 1/3 cups cold milk
1 8 inch pie shell
sweetened sliced strawberries (optional)

Cooking Instructions


Prepare pudding mix with the milk as directed on the package for pie.
Blend in 1 cup of the Cool Whip.
Pour into pie shell.
Chill at least 2 hours.
Top each serving with strawberries (or desired topping) and garnish with remaining Cool Whip.
