Yield: 6 servings

2 large ripe avocados
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, sliced
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1 can chicken broth
1 pint half and half
chopped chives
lemon slices
Peel avocados and cut into pieces and place in electric blender along with peanut butter, lemon juice, garlic and one half of the broth.
Blend together until smooth.
Pour into serving bowl.
Add remaining broth and the half and half.
Cover and chill about 4 hours.
Thin to desired consistency with milk before serving.
Garnish with chives and lemon slices
