Ingredients

1 package yellow cake mix
1 package (4 servings) pistachio pudding mix
4 eggs
1 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
confectioners sugar (enough to sprinkle baked cake) (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Cook time: 55 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Blend all ingredients in a large bowl.
Beat 4 minutes at medium speed.
Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch bundt pan.

Bake for 50-55 minutes. Do not underbake.

Cool in the pan 15 minutes.
Remove from pan and finish cooling on wire rack.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. (optional)
