Salad:
8 ounces (2 1/2 cups) uncooked mostaccioli (tube shaped pasta)
2 cups cubed cooked turkey
1/4 cup celery, sliced
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits in juice, drained reserving 2 tablespoons liquid
Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons reserved pineapple liquid
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cook mostaccioli to desired doneness as directed on the package.
Drain; rinse with cold water to cool.
In a large bowl, combine cooked mostaccioli and all remaining salad ingredients.
In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well.
Pour dressing over salad; stir gently to coat.
