1 head green cabbage
1 green pepper
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon celery seed
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon salt

Cooking Instructions


Shred cabbage, dice pepper, dice onion and toss together.
Layer cabbage mixture with 1 cup sugar.

In a small pot boil together oil, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, dry mustard, and salt.
Pour dressing over cabbage while still hot. DO NOT STIR.

Next day stir and serve as a side salad
