2 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes or yams, peeled and cut into bites size pieces
6 tablespoons Shedd's margarine with pumpkin spice melted
2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
Cooking time: 40 minutes

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a large bowl, toss potatoes, 4 tablespoons shedd's with pumpkin spice and brown sugar.
On jelly roll pan, arrange potatoes in a single layer.
Roast, stirring once 35 minutes or until golden.
Drizzle with remaining 2 tablespoons margarine.
