2 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm herb-seasoned stuffing
2 cups chopped mushrooms
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup margarine, melted
4 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Cooking time: 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix lightly stuffing, mushrooms, onion, cheese, margarine, eggs, parsley and garlic powder.
Shape into 32 (1 inch( balls and place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
