Ingredients

(2) sweet potatoes
marshmallows
pumpkin pie seasoning
salt
2 tablespoons of butter
1/8 – 1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons of heavy cream

Cooking Instructions

Boil a pot of water. Peel and slice the yams into thin discs.

Drop into the hot water for about 5-7 minutes or until fork tender. Remove and drain.

Create a layer of the cooked yams in a casserole dish. Sprinkle a little salt and the pumpkin pie seasoning.

Drizzle the heavy cream over top. Dollop the butter in small pieces. Evenly add the brown sugar with your hands.

Top with a layer of marshmallows and pop into a 350 degree pre-heated oven for 10-12 minutes until the marshmallows are lightly browned.
