2 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cups milk
2 1/3 cups Bisquick baking mix
In a small bowl, beat eggs on high speed 5 minutes or until thick and lemon colored.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour batter from 1/4 cup measuring cup onto medium-hot ungreased griddle.
Bake until puffed and bubbles begin to break.
Turn; bake other side until golden brown.
