The Garlic Butter
100 grams unsalted butter at room temperature (You want it to be soft so you can mix in the other ingredients)
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly chopped parsley
2 cloves fresh garlic crushed
salt to taste
1 Slice your baguette.
2 Put the butter and in a small bowl, blend in the crushed garlic and the chopped parsley, and add salt to taste.
3 Spread the garlic butter onto each piece of the sliced brea
4 Place on a cooking sheet and put into the oven at 325 degrees F until toasted to the degree you prefer. Watch you do not burn
5 Serve right away
