1 (17 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 egg beaten
2/3 cups Bisquick
vegetable oil
Drain liquid from the corn .
Into a medium bowl, add corn, egg and Bisquick until smooth.
Drop by tablespoonfuls into oil heated to 375 degrees in frying pan.
Fry until golden brown on both sides (3-5 minutes.)
Drain.
