Ingredients

Yield: 8 cups
------------------

1/3 cup chopped onion
2 cups chopped celery
6 tablespoons margarine
5 cups corn bread crumbs ( one 12 ounce package corn muffin mix, baked as directed)
3 cups dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk

Cooking Instructions

Cook onion and celery in margarine until tender.
Combine with corn bread crumbs, bread cubes and poultry seasoning.
Blend soup and milk; pour over bread mixture; mix lightly.

Makes about 8 cups or enough for an 8-10 pound bird.
