1/2 cup chopped cooked ham
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup margarine
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cheddar cheese soup
8 eggs, slightly beaten
Cook ham, green pepper, and onion in margarine until vegetables are tender. Stiir soup until smooth: blend in eggs; add to ham mixture. Cook over low heat until eggs are set, lifting eggs gently now and then.
