Yield: 12 muffins

1 egg
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups flour, sifted
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspooon salt
1/4 cup milk

Cooking Instructions

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12 2 3/4 inch muffin pan cups

Beat egg and sour cream until light. Add butter, sifted dry ingredients and milk. Stir only until dry ingredients are
moistened. Fill 12 muffin cups half full with batter.

Bake at 400 degrees 20 minutes.
