Yield: 12 muffins

2 cups Bisquick
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup molasses
1 egg
1<2 cup nuts, chopped
1/2 cup raisins

Cooking Instructions

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line 12 medium muffin cups with baking cups.

Mix all ingredients. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full

Bake at 400 degrees until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 15 minutes.
