Yield: 12 muffins

1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup milk
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 can (8 ounces) whole kernel corn, well drained
1 tablespoon green onion, minced
Cooking time: 20-25 minutes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12 2 1/2 inc muffin cups.
In bowl, stir together flour, cornmeal, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add remaining ingreadients. Stir just to moisten
dry ingredients. Spoon into muffin cups.
Bake at 400 degrees 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
