Ingredients

Yield: 4 servings

Preparation time: 10 minutes

1 tablespoon oil
1 boneless sirloin steak (1 pound), cut into strips
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups water
1/3 cup lite teriyaki sauce
2 cups Minute rice, uncooked
4 cups small broccoli florets
1 large red pepper, cut into strips

Cooking Instructions

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Heat oil in large skillet on high heat.
Add steak and garlic; cook and stir 5 minutes or until steak is cooked through.
Add water and the teriyaki sauce; stir.
Bring to boil.
Stir in rice, broccoli and red pepper.
Return to boil.
Reduce heat to low; cover.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork.
