Ingredients

Yield: 6 servings

2 cups diced cooked meat or poultry
2 cups brown gravy
1 1/2 cups vegetables, leftover or canned
1 can (1 pound onions, drained
2-4 cups mashed potatoes
paprika

Cooking Instructions

Cooking time: 35 minutes

Preheat heat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine first 4 ingredients, mix well and pur into shallow 2 quart baking dish.
Spoon potatoes over top and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 35 minutes or until gravy bubbles and potatoes are lightly browned.
*** If preferred, 1 package (10 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables or peas and carrots, cooked can be substituted for the leftover vegetables.
