1 1/2 pounds ground beef
3/4 seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup pizza sauce
2 eggs

Cooking Instructions

Cooking time: 27 minutes

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Coat 8 muffin cups with cooking spray.
With your hands mix ground beef, bread crumbs, pizza sauce and eggs into a bowl.
Pack into muffin cups.

Bake 25 minutes until cooked through.
Top with pizza sauce; sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and some oregano.
Bake 2 minutes until cheese melts.
