2 1/2-3 1/2 pounds chicken, cut up
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/4 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Cooking time: 40 minutes

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise.
Place bread crumbs in large plastic food bag.
Add chicken 1 piece at a time; shake to coat.
Arrange on rack in broiler pan.
Bake about 40 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
