Macaroni and Cheese Sausages Date Added: 25 Jul 2013

Yield: 8 servings

2 tablespoons margarine
6-7 elbow macaroni, uncooked (2 cups)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups shredded sharp cheese (8 ounces)
1 quart milk
1 package (12 ounces) small smoked sausage links

Cooking Instructions

Cooking time: 60 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In oven, melt margarine in 11 1/2 X 7 1/2 X1 1/2 baking dish.
Add macaroni, salt and pepper; stir to coat macaroni with margarine.
Sprinkle with cheese. Pour milk over macaroni and cheese.

Bake uncovered 45 minutes.
Arrange sausage links on casserole.
Bake 15 minutes longer or until sausages are hot.
