4 ounces deli ham, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 ounces)
8 fajita size flour tortillas
1 tablespoon margarine
Cooking time: 16 minutes

Evenly layer ham and cheese on 4 tortillas; top each with remaing tortillas.
In a 10 inch nonstick skillet, melt 1 teaspoon margarine over medium heat.
Cook one quesadilla 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Add 1 teaspoon margarine, then turn quesadilla and cook 2 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Remove to serving platter and repeat with remaining margarine and quesadillas.
Serve immediately.
