2 pounds ground chuck
1 large onion, finely chopped (1 cup)
1/2 cup packaged bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup chopped freshly parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Cooking time: 60 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 9 X 5 X 3 inch loaf pan.
Combine chuck, onion, bread crumbs, eggs, sour cream, catsup, mustard, parsley, salt and pepper in a large bowl; mix well.
Spoon mixture into the loaf pan.
Spread evenly and press down firmly.
Bake for 1 hour or ufntil the meat loaf shrinks from sides.
Remove from oven; pour off any juices.
Unmold onto a serving platter.
