Ingredients

Yield: 6 servings

Preparation time: 10 minutes

2 cans (16 ounces each) pork and beans
1/2 cup each chopped onions and green peppers
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
6 boneless pork chops (1 inch thick)

Cooking Instructions

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine all ingredients except pork chops in 3 quart shallow baking dish; mix well.
Arrange chops on top, turning once to coat with sauce.

Bake, uncovered, 30-35 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.
Stir beans around chops once during baking.
Serve with mashed potatoes if desired.
