4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cups oil
2 cups grated raw carrots
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Cooking time: 1 hour 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 10 inch tube pan.
Combine eggs and oil, mixing well; stir in carrots and set aside.
Sift dry ingredients three times.
Add to carrot mixture gradually, mixing well.
Stir in pecans.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 65-75 minutes.
