Brown Sugar Streusel:
1/4 cup Bisquick mix
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons firm margarine
Muffins:
2 cups Bisquick mix
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 shredded carrots
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons sugar
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons oil
1 egg
Cooking time: 65 minutes

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup Bisquick mix and the brown sugar until well blended.
Cut in margarine, using fork or pastry blender, until mixture is crumbly; set aside.
In a large bowl, stir 2 cups Bisquick mix, pumpkin pie spice, walnuts, carrots, raisins and sugar.
Stir in milk, oil and egg.
Pour into ungreased 8 inch square pan.
Sprinkle with streusel.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 30 minutes before serving.
Serve warm.
