Preparation time: 6 minutes

1 package yellow cake mix
1 package (4 servings) french vanilla or vanilla pudding mix
1/3 cup oil
4 eggs
1/3 cup sour cream
1 cup applesauce
1 cup chopped raisins
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Glaze (below)

Cooking time: 55 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Blend all ingredients in a large bowl.
Beat 4 minutes at medium speed with mixer.
Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.

Bake for 50-55 minutes. Do not underbake!!!

Cool in pan for 15 minutes; remove and cool on rack.

Top with Confectioners Sugar Glaze

Glaze:
Stir about 1 tablespoon hot milk or water with 1 cup sifted confectioners sugar.
