Yield: 1 pie

1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1 container (12 ounces) Cool Whip
1 8 inch ready made pie crust
Set out cream cheese to soften, about 15-20 minutes.
After cream cheese is softened, blend together the cream cheese and the peanut butter.
Mix half of the confectioners sugar and half of the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture.
After that is blended together, add remaining sugar and the Cool Whip.
Put into the pie crust and refrigerate.
Pie can also be frozen. Variations:
Mini chocolate chips or peanut butter chips can be added into pie mixture.
Sprinkle chips on top of pie after it is in crust.
