Yield: 8 muffins

1 (8 1/2 ounce) package corn muffin mix
milk
egg
1 can (7 ounce) corn, drained
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
eat oven to temperature directed on corn muffin package.
Grease bottoms only of 8 muffin cups or line with paper baking cups.
Prepare muffin mix according to package directions.
Stir in corn, walnuts and cinnamon.
Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, filling about 3/4 full.
Bake in heated oven according to package directions or until golden brown.
Cool in pan 5 minutes; remove from pan.
