1/4 cup margarine with canola oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder with parsley
1 cup chredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounces)
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (optional)
Cooking time: 3 minutes

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
On baking sheet, arrange bread.
Spread with margarine, then sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
Broil until golden
Tip:
Bake foil-warpped bread in oven for 25 minutes
