1 can (20 ounces) chunk pineapple in own juice, undrained
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange segments, undrained
2 bananas, sliced
2 cups halved strawberries
1 1/2 cups halved seedless green grapes
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed, drained
1 package (4 servings size) vanilla pudding mix
1/4-1/2 cup pecan halves or whole almonds, if desired
Drain pineapple and orange segments, reserving liquid in a small bowl.
In a large bowl, combine all fruit.
Sprinkle pudding mix into reserved liquid; mix until combined and slightly thickened.
Fold into fruit until well combined.
Sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
