4 medium granny smith or other tart apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced (about 7 cups)
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup dried cranberries or raisins (optional)
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup Shedd's Spread Plus Yogurt
3/4 cup quick or old-fashioned oats
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Cooking time: 45 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 2 quart casserole
In a large bowl, combine apples, sugar and cinnamon.
Stir in dried cranberries.
Turn into prepared baking dish; set aside.
In another large bowl, combine flour and brown sugar.
With pastry blender or two knives, cut in Shedd's spread until mixture is the size of small peas.
Stir in oats and walnuts.
Evenly sprinkle over apples.
Bake 45 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden.
Serve warm or at room temperature and, if desired, with vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.
