⅓ cup peanut butter
5 Tablespoons butter, softened
⅔ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 envelope dream whip
4 to 5 Tablespoons milk
½ cup flour
3 cups powder sugar

Cooking Instructions:

Beat butter and peanut butter until smooth, add brown sugar and vanilla. Add dream whip and milk. Add flour and powder sugar together. Beat another minute. Do not over beat, the frosting should have a cookie dough consistency.
We topped them off with a Hershey's Kiss to give it the appearance of a Peanut Butter Kiss Cookie
