Yield: 3 8 inch rounds or 10 inch tube cake

1 package white cake mix
1 cup thawed strawberries with juice
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chopped pecans
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 package strawberry jello

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together with mixer. Beat until smooth.

Bake in 350 degrees oven for round pans 35 minutes. 55-65 minutes for tube pan.


Icing:

1 stick margarine
1 box (1 pound) confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup frozen strawberries, thawed
1/2 cup each coconut and pecans


Mix icing ingredients until smooth and spread over cooled layers
