Jiffy Pie Crust: Date Added: 20 Aug 2013 Ingredients:

1 ¼ cup Jiffy baking mix
2 tablespoons milk
4 tablespoons oil

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a small bowl, blend all ingredients with a fork.
Press into an ungreased pie pan and prick bottown and sides with tine of the fork.

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool and fill with favorite filling.
