1 tablespoon oil
6 (4 ounce) boneless pork chops (3/4 inch thick)
1 1/2 teaspoons dried pork seasoning
4 cups cornbread stuffing mix
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon sage
1 (14 1/2 ounces) chicken broth
1 (11 ounces) whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
1 egg, beaten
Cooking time: 6 hours

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot.
Add pork chops; cook until browned on both sides.
Drain.
Sprinkle pork with pork seasoning.
In a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well.
Spray the inside of a 3 1/2 -4 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Spoon stuffing mixture into slow cooker.
Arrange browned port chops in 2 layers over stuffing.
Cover; cook on low setting for 5-6 hours or until pork is no longer pink in center.
