1 package yellow cake mix
1/2 to 1 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 egg
3 tablespoons margarine, melted
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Cooking time: 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 18 muffin cups with paper liners.
In large bowl, combine dry cake mix, nutmeg, water, oil and egg. Mix well. Spoon into prepared cups filling 2/3
full.
Bake at 350 degrees 25-30 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
In small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip warm tops into melted margarine, then into dinnamon/sugar mixture.
