Ham Loaf:
1 pound of ground ham
3/4 pound of ground pork
1/4-1/2 cup of milk or cream
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 small onion, quartered and ground
1/2 cup bread crumbs
3/4 teaspoon pork seasoning
Sauce:
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup of pineapple juice(from canned pineapple slices)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons mustard
pinch of powdered cloves
Garnish"
1 can pineapple slices
Cooking time: 1 hour 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients for the loaf. Use clean hands. Place the mixture in the middie of a roasting pan forming a loaf.
Take all of the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer for a few minutes until well combined.
Pour the sauce over the loaf. Bake 1 hour and 14 minutes. Basting every 10-15 minutes. In the last 15 minutes, top with pineapple slices, spooning some of the sauce on the pineapple. When finished cooking, place under the broiler until pineapple is well carmelized.
