1 pound crab meat, canned
3 tablespoons butter with salt or margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pinch pepper, red or cayenne
1 1/2 tablespoon water
2 large eggs
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs, plain (or more as needed)
2 tablespoons oil (or more as needed)

Cooking Instructions:

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Mix crabmeat, seasonings, 1/2 tablespoon water and 1 egg. Mold into small cakes.
Beat 1 tablespoon water into the second egg and dip the cakes into this mixture.
Roll in breadcrumbs.
Saute in frying pan until golden brown.
