4 pork chops (1 pound)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
4 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
salt
pepper
Cooking time: 1 hour 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Brown chops.
Blend soup, sour cream, water and parsley.
In 2 quart casserole, alternate layers of potatoes sprinkled with salt and pepper, and sauce.
Top with chops.
Cover; bake in 375 degrees oven .
