1 package (8 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate squares
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pearnuts (dry roasted or cocktail peanuts)
1 cup peanut butter chips ( 1/2 of 12 ounce bag)
1 teaspoon margarine
Melt 7 squares of the chocolate with half of the condensed milk (about 2/3 cup) over low heat in a small saucepan; stir in peanuts.
Quickly spread on bottom of wax paper lined 8 inch square pan.
Melt peanut butter chips with remaining condensed milk over low heat in another small saucepan; spread over chocolate mixture.
Melt remaining 1 square of chocolate with the margarine and quickly drizzle over the peanut butter layer with a spoon.
Chill 2 hours or until firm.
Turn out onto cutting board; peel off wax paper.
Cut into squares.
Store tightly covered in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
