1 cup unseasoned dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
1 (.75 ounce) package dry garlic herb salad dressing mix
1 cup buttermilk
3-3 1/2 pounds frying chicken, cut up
3 tablespoons margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley and salad dressing mix; mix well.
Place buttermilk in a shallow bowl.
Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk; coat with crumb mixture.
Place chicken, skin side up, in ungreased 13 X 9 inch pan.
Drizzle margarine evenly over chicken.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear.
