Peach Short Cake: Date Added: 22 Jul 2013 Ingredients:

Yield: 4 servings

1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 large can of peaches or 1 quart raw sliced peaches
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 stick of margarine

Cooking Instructions:

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together flour, milk, egg, sugar and baking powder. (Mixture will be thin).
Melt margarine in baking dish and pur in mixture.
Slice peaches as desired.
Put on top of batter.

Bake 25-30 minutes.
