Cake:
2 packages Jiffy golden yellow cake mix
1 package (4 servings) lemon pudding
1/3 cup margarine, softened
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
1 teaspoon lemon extract
Glaze:
1 package Jiffy white frosting mix
1 tablespoon hot water
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Cooking time: 50 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease a 10 cup bundt pan.

Mix yellow cake mix with pudding.
Add margarine, sour cream, eggs and lemon extract until moistened; then beat 1 minute on medium speed on mixture.

Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Mix glaze ingredients together and beat 2 minutes with mixer on high speed.
Drizzle over warm cake.
