1 cup white corn meal
3 cups milk
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites, beaten
Cooking time: 45 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease baking dish.
Gradually add corn meal to milk and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cool slightly; add margarine, sugar, salt and egg yolks.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Bake in greased baking dish for about 45 minutes.
Serve hot from baking dish with plenty of butter.
