3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 package (4 servings) vanilla pudding
2 cups canned peaches, drained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoon peach juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar
Cooking time: 50 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine first 7 ingredients together in a mixing bowl and blend well.
Pour into a deep pie plate. Cover with peaches.
Beat the cream cheese, sugar and peach juice until smooth.
Pour over peaches.
Combine cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.
